Return & Exchange Policy
All products are checked for no prominent defects before packed for shipping.
We will not accept:
- Slightly color differences. We have done our best to display the colors of the products shown on our website. However, the colors that you see are depends on your devices, so we can’t guarantee the color that you see will be exactly same as the real products.
- Customer’s carelessness of handling or opening the parcel and causing damage to the items by scissors or penknife and dirt due to dirty hand. Please be careful when opening your parcel.
- If you feel you are dislike or not suitable with the product.
When you receive the goods / product have quality problems, please contact us within 3 working days of received of goods/ product date together with pictures of the defect good(s).
